Swedish SUMAB vibratory pressing lines are excellent for the production of paving slabs, curbs and building blocks using innovative cementless technology. The power and quality of SUMAB equipment will ensure sufficient strength of products and uninterrupted production operation
SUMAB Stationary block making machine
Synchronized vibrators using counter-rotating shafts provide powerful, programmable and adjustable vibration. The design of the SYNCHROTRONIC vibration compaction with 4 vibrators on the vibrating table and 2 additional vibrators in the upper part of the punch ensures uniform wave amplitude over the entire surface of the mold. The vibration strength on our models ranges from 70 to 230kN.
